Zenola Campbell serves as the Vice President of Concessions at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
In this position she develops strategies that focus on maximising revenues in the areas of passenger-related concessions, advertising, rental cars, sponsorships and related revenues within the airport terminals, which also include passenger services enhancements and telecommunications.
Zenola’s latest projects at DFW include overseeing the concessions renewal plan in the legacy terminals and the current revisioning of Terminal D, the airport’s international terminal. Through her efforts, greater emphasis has been placed on enhancing the shopping and dining experiences based on current customer preferences and industry trends. The results to date have outperformed projections. The cornerstone of the internal terminal will be the integrated holdroom duty free.
Before joining DFW, Zenola’s extensive knowledge and background earned her key executive positions with companies including McDonald’s Corporation and Blockbuster Inc.
As an award-winning advertising executive, her professional memberships include the Women’s Food Service Forum.
Zenola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University and a Masters of Business Administration in International Marketing from the University of Dallas. She was an International Airport Professional graduate in 2010.
