
Andrew Ford
Andrew Ford is a seasoned leader in the global airport commercial ecosystem, with deep expertise in enhancing commercial strategies and driving retail revenue growth.
In 2016, he founded Paccaya Resources, a Hong Kong-based advisory firm working with airports, tourism authorities and luxury brands to develop commercial strategies and maximise travel retail revenues. His experience spans partnerships with leading airports across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
In Hong Kong, Andrew is also CEO of Fine Vintage, the territory’s largest independent distributor of family-owned wine estates and spirit brands.
Andrew’s affinity for Asia led him to Hong Kong in 2006 to join DFS Group, the LVMH-owned international travel retailer, as Vice President of Global Business Development. He previously served for seven years as CEO at TFWA, where he strengthened the Association’s business and global reach.
He began his career with Allied Domecq, where over 12 years he marketed and sold the company’s portfolio of wines & spirits across the duty-free channel and Asian domestic markets.
Beyond his executive roles, Andrew has contributed extensively to industry associations. He has served as an Executive Board member of the Pacific Asia Travel Association, President and Board member of the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association, and remains active with Airports Council International (ACI). He currently sits on ACI’s Asia-Pacific Advisory Board and World Economic Standing Committee and chairs the Airport Non-Aeronautical Revenues and Activities Committee.
