He has managed projects across a range of geographies, including the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, for clients including leading airport operators, commercial developers, brand owners and private equity investors.
Core to the delivery of these projects is the undertaking of detailed research and analysis concerning customer profiling, space planning and revenue modelling to optimise the commercial offer to end-user needs. Recently, Avery has led projects supporting the commercial planning for leading terminal concession projects including JFK, Toronto Pearson, Doha and Bangalore airports. He regularly speaks at industry conferences on subjects ranging from consumer trends to travel and retail property innovations, reflecting his interest in retail, F&B, brands, people and places.
