
Alvaro Leite
Alvaro Leite is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a member of the Executive Committee at VINCI Airports, the world’s leading private airport operator with a network of 72 airports across 14 countries. Based in Paris, he was appointed to this role in September 2025 and brings 20 years of industry experience.
Alvaro is responsible for all revenue streams, covering regulated areas such as route and cargo development, as well as non-regulated sectors including retail, F&B, mobility, hospitality and real estate. He also serves as a board member for multiple VINCI Airports business units.
Prior to this role, Alvaro held several senior positions within VINCI Airports, including CCO at OMA in Mexico and Aerodom in the Dominican Republic, where he led commercial transformations that drove significant growth in passengers and revenue.
He has also been instrumental in VINCI Airports’ global expansion, contributing to over 80 airport tenders and helping to win key concessions in Japan, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Brazil, France, Mexico and Cabo Verde.
Alvaro holds an International MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and ESADE Business School. Having lived in eight countries and fluent in five languages, he brings extensive international experience and a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.
