Caroline Maurs
Associate Director, PT&M
Caroline Maurs joined PT&M in 2025 as Associate Director following a year as Commercial Director West Switzerland with Swiss Federal Railways.
Prior to this Caroline spent a decade working with two of the travel retail industry’s heavyweights, Avolta (then Dufry) and Lagardère Travel Retail, as Geneva General Manager (2013-2017) and Head of Operations and Business Development, Switzerland (2017-2023), respectively.
Her career began with Be Relax in 2009, where she took on the role of UK General Manager before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer Europe in 2011.
Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris Business School and speaks four languages, including French, English, German and Spanish.
