Eva Yu

Eva Yu began her L’Oréal journey in 2000 as Brand Manager for Biotherm in Hong Kong, where she successfully developed the brand into one of the market leaders.

In 2011, she was appointed as the first Asian and the first woman Managing Director of Travel Retail Asia-Pacific, where she spearheaded L’Oréal’s duty-free business across 27 markets, delivering remarkable growth in presence, brand image and market share.

Most recently, as President and Managing Director of L’Oréal Hong Kong, Eva profoundly transformed the subsidiary, achieving significant market share gains and earning widespread recognition for retail excellence, talent development, corporate responsibility and sustainable transformation.

Eva was recently appointed President Travel Retail and a Member of the Group’s Extended Executive Committee.
