Isabel Zarza

Isabel Zarza has more than 25 years’ experience in the travel retail industry, having held various positions with Aldeasa, World Duty Free, Dufry and now Avolta.

Currently CEO for Southern Europe at Avolta, Isabel oversees Travel Retail and F&B operations in Greece, Malta, Spain and Türkiye. Previously she spent time as COO for Central & North Europe, Russia and Africa and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at World Duty Free Group, until the company was acquired by Dufry in 2015.

Isabel serves on a number of boards and association inside and outside the industry. She is leader of the Retail Group for ANARA (Airport Non-Aeronautical Revenues) and was previously Vice-President of Middle East & Africa Duty Free Association and a member of the World Economic Standing Committee within Airports Council International.
