Dr Jan-Henrik Andersson’s profound expertise includes operations, sales and marketing, commercial, digital transformation, change management, value change engineering, and sustainable creation and expansion of new business and brands. In November 2021, he joined Munich Airport as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Security Officer, including IT/Digital (CIO) and Technology (CTO) (since 2024).

He started his international career at Gartner (Stamford, USA) and then held C-level executive positions at ricardo, Bertelsmann, Deutsche Post DHL Group, Metro, SSP Group and HAVI Supply Chain.

Born in Hamburg in 1969, Dr Jan-Henrik Andersson graduated from the University of Technology Hamburg (Industrial Engineer), the Beuth University of Applied Science Berlin (Master of Science) and the Bulgarian Academy of Science (Ph.D. habil. in Organisation & Management).
