In 2020 Kaatje Noens was appointed Global Travel Retail Executive Vice President, a role in which she has been reinforcing Puig’s footprint in travel retail, establishing the channel as a brand-building platform for our brands and the future, securing a worldwide exclusive travel retail launch with Phantom.
From 2015 to 2020 she held the position of North America Vice President, establishing our position in the world’s biggest fragrance market, while laying the foundation for the Puig affiliate and achieving our biggest launch ever in the US market with Carolina Herrera Good Girl.
From 2010 through 2014 she was General Manager of Benelux, joining what had formerly been two different business units into one back office and two front offices.
From 2002 to 2010 she worked as Operational Marketing Manager for Prada Parfums ensuring accurate reporting between markets and the joint venture.
From 1999 to 2002 she was Brand Manager at Decléor in Hevige.
