Lisa Williams

With over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, Lisa Williams originally joined the International Civil Aviation Authority (ICAO) as a consultant. She then came to ACI as part of the Programmes & Commercial Services team.

Lisa is a key point of contact for ACI’s more than 700 World Business Partners and is Secretary of the World Business Partner Advisory Board. She also runs the Events logistics department, which plans ACI World’s various events across the globe every year. As a specialist in all of the products and services that ACI has to offer, Lisa works with member airports on consultancy mandates and helps create custom bundles for their specific needs.

A Journalism & Communications graduate from Concordia University in Montreal, Lisa gained experience in communications and event planning on an international scale after working at the 2012 NHL All-Star game as production assistant with CBC Hockey Night in Canada.

She has a passion for crafty marketing campaigns, event planning, communications strategies and brands that are breaking barriers with their creativity.
