Luke Chang

Luke Chang is the Executive Vice President and Board Secretary at China Duty Free Group (CDFG), a key leader to support the President in running the business and implementing the resolutions and decisions of the Board of Directors.

With over 26 years’ experience in travel retail, Luke’s previous posts include: Head of Fashion & Accessories Department, Perfume & Cosmetics Department, Food & Confectionary Department, and General Manager of China Duty Free International Limited (CDFI).

Now in his role as CDFG’s EVP, Luke has responsibilities for all activities relating to buying, merchandising and brand business development and is the chief for CDFG’s Central Merchandising Team.

In addition to the Central Merchandising Team, Luke also leads all communication and activities relating to investor relations and the development of ESG for the organisation.

Prior to returning to Beijing Head Office in 2022, he jointly led the successful IPO listing of CTG Duty Free on the Hong Kong Stock exchange.  Luke also successfully steered the CDFI businesses and team through the challenging business environment of recent years, rallying the team with positive and motivating leadership.
