Ms Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan

With over 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry, Nigan Nguyen Thi Kim has been Deputy Director, Chairman of the Customer Satisfaction Committee at Noi Bai International Airport (NIA) since 2013.

In that time she has overseen airport quality services, training and development, and aviation safety, as well as contributed to the successful improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction at NIA.

Nigan previously held roles with Northern Airports Corporation/Noi Bai Aviation Trading Company from 2011 to 2013, where she managed the company’s duty-free and taxable goods business, ensuring efficient inventory management, sales and customer service.

Prior to this she spent two years at Northern Airports Authority as Deputy Director in charge of Administration, Planning and Human Resources.

Her career began in 1993 with Vietnam Airlines/Vietnam Airport Ground Services, where she was Head of Finance and Accounting.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ivrin University and a Bachelor of Economics from Thuongmai University, Nigan is committed to providing the best possible passenger experiences as well as optimising business efficiency.
