Based in Vevey on the banks of Lake Geneva, m1nd-set is specialised in travel retail and airport marketing research & consulting on a global basis. m1nd-set conducts consumer research at airports, border shops, on ferries and cruises in over 60 markets worldwide for global travel retail brands as well as operators, airports and airlines.
m1nd-set conducts quantitative and qualitative research on many different subjects, such as travel retail shopping motivation & behaviour, mystery shopping, brand awareness and evaluation, price elasticity (conjoint surveys), promotion effectiveness, observation of shoppers, travel retail exclusive product testing and segmentation surveys. m1nd-set is also one of the three founding partners of The Data Circle, a new joint venture with The Moodie Davitt Report and Generation Research. The company provides a unique industry resource for aggregated sales data and trends on a global and regional level, as well as per category and channel.
Peter graduated as a Psychologist and earned a Ph.D. in Business Psychology at the University of Göttingen, Germany. He is of Norwegian origin, has lived in Denmark, Belgium, The Netherlands, Finland, UK and Germany and has lived in Switzerland since 2002.
