Rahul Sahni is a seasoned strategist and business leader with 28 years of experience, 17 of which have been specifically dedicated to airports and travel retail. He is currently responsible for planning, designing and implementing the commercial strategy for non-aeronautical revenue streams for the upcoming green field project at Navi Mumbai, India.

With a robust background in airport commercial development and operations, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive growth and innovation. His core competencies encompass strategic business planning, creating joint ventures and partnerships, product and service innovations leading to consumer delight, commercial planning and design, change management, revenue and contract negotiations.

He has played a pivotal role in shaping commercial retail and thus enabling successful leadership across nine greenfield and brownfield projects having extended passenger handling capacity from 2 million to 65 million. His innovative approach continues to set new industry standards and enhance passenger experience.
