For the past decade he has been at the forefront of digital transformation within the aviation media industry, delivering unrivalled and sustained growth to the sector.
Robbie has led the reinvention of Qantas’ national lounge networks and, more recently, its domestic and international inflight entertainment proposition. With a strategy which linked customers from arrival through terminals and lounges to inflight, oOh!media became the first Out of Home company to win an inflight entertainment and onboard Wi-Fi media contract.
By introducing content, utility and innovative packaging informed by transaction and movement data, Robbie and his team have delivered a step change in revenue and customer satisfaction. This approach has enabled world-leading brands to move to a multimedia engagement platform, connecting with customers throughout their entire journey.
Robbie’s cross-functional experience, including sales, marketing, commercial and product strategy, has been key to driving oOh!media’s growth across Australia’s airport network, as well as across other portfolios within the business including billboards, retail and street furniture.
