A graduate of Sciences Po and Emlyon Business School in France, Sophie Neyertz- Ehrsam has been working with L’Oréal for eight years.
After six years as Business Development Director, then as Commercial General Manager, she was appointed Global Retail & Digital Director for L’Oréal Travel Retail in 2017. She is a member of the L’Oréal Travel Retail Executive Committee, and a member of the TFWA Management Committee.
Sophie’s role is to drive the retail & digital transformation of L’Oréal Travel Retail in order to deliver to travellers the most memorable, seamless and integrated online and offline beauty experiences with L’Oréal brands all along their travel journey.
Prior to joining L’Oréal Group, Sophie worked for 12 years with Mars International where she held successive managing positions in sales, marketing and strategy. She then spent five years in marketing services with Médiaperformances.
