Stéphanie Metz-Thevenod joined Lagardère Services in August 2008 as Vice President Marketing.
She was in charge of developing the marketing strategy for the company’s retail activity worldwide, as well as being involved in developing new retail concepts with international potential while ensuring the evolution of existing concepts.
In October 2013 Stéphanie was appointed Executive Vice President Marketing & Digital and became a Board Member of the global duty free division of Lagardère Travel Retail. In this role, in addition to the development of concepts and marketing activation, she is in charge of defining the Lagardère Travel Retail digital and omnichannel strategy for duty free and implementing it across all countries where we operate Duty Free.
Throughout her career Stéphanie has successfully launched new products and retail concepts that have generated both top line and bottom line results.
