Stephen Hay is Airport Dimensions’s Global Strategy Director, responsible for the development and articulation of the group’s vision and propositions for the future traveller airport relationship and experience.
Stephen is a recognised industry leader in the traveller relationship management sector and in the development of the traveller experience and their relationship with the world’s leading travel brands. He was the architect behind Asia Miles, the leading travel reward programme. As the APAC head of Collinson’s award-winning loyalty agency, he led transformation projects for high-profile clients such as Cathay Pacific, HKIA, Changi Airport and Mandarin Oriental.
Stephen is the global proposition director for Connecta, the integrated airport ecommerce and relationship platform. Connecta enables airports to build closer relationships with their customers and drive and shape revenue growth for the airport across the entire journey.
