Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta, an analytics specialist and technology entrepreneur, is the Founder and CEO of GrayMatter, an analytics and digital software products and services provider to the Travel, Transportation, Retail and Manufacturing industries. In his 25 years of executive experience in the software industry, Vikas has held executive and advisory positions at the Airports Council International (ACI). Before GrayMatter, Vikas was the co-founder and CTO of Manthan Systems, a business intelligence and retail analytics company.

Recognising a growing demand for airports to improve the customer experience through digital technology and analytics, Vikas designed and developed GrayMatter’s portfolio of products like Skateboard -an airport digital engagement and commerce platform, StoreSense- to help airports optimise their retail revenue and SmartLot – a parking space demand forecasting and price optimisation platform.

Vikas drives GrayMatter’s growth by anticipating future trends and building competencies and capabilities around them. These include seamless and effective data integration from the digital and physical worlds, enhancing customer experiences, augmented analytics, digital transformation, and enabling data-driven businesses.
