Yukun Bi brings 15 years of branding and digital media experience to her role as Hylink’s Head of Planning, specialising in creating cross-cultural brands that captivate audiences globally.
Yukun’s began her advertising career at Maritz Canada, and later joined Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai as its Director of Digital Strategy. Before joining Hylink USA she spent four years with Hylink China serving as the Account Lead on Estée Lauder, and a further seven years in the US. Among her many duties Yukun was responsible for moving Estée Lauder’s family of brands in travel retail to Hylink, increasing its overall digital presence and reach. She has built custom audience solutions with leading DSPs to create a customised campaign audience management platform, which allowed her clients to build AI-based models to build better campaigns
Yukun has worked with clients across the automotive, travel, food & beverage, luxury, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. In addition to brand strategy and digital media, she is skilled in user experience and engagement, content strategy and CRM. She has been recognised among her peers for her contribution to the advertising industry and for leading an award-winning team, with achievements including Campaign Independent Agency of the Year (2014), The Drum’s Best in Brand Awareness (2019), and Adweek Fastest Growing Agencies (2019 and 2020). She has also been selected to judge for both the ESTO Award and Shorty Awards since 2017
