VISA INFORMATION
For those delegates who require a China visa for The Trinity Forum 2018, please commence application early in order to allow for adequate processing time.
We urge delegates to request their invitation letters by Friday 31st August 2018 to ensure sufficient time for visa processing. To receive the invitation letter, please make sure you submit the completed form to visa@aci-asiapac.aero by 31 August 2018.
The visa invitation letter will only be issued to those who have completed their registration and have fully settled the required payment. All information collected for visa invitation letter purposes will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to other third parties. Invitation letters will still be provided after the 31st August, but delegates may not have sufficient time for the visa approval process after this date.
Please note that nationals travelling to China from 53 countries may opt for China’s 72 hour or 144-hour visa-exemption transit policy and apply for a transit visa on arrival. Delegates are recommended to check the conditions of entry under the visa-exemption policy to ensure it to their country of origin and travel plans. See the following link for more information:

We advise delegates to check with their local Chinese Embassy Consular Services for more information. Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China for details.
ACI Asia-Pacific will not accept responsibility for any failure to obtain a visa.
