Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATIONS DETAILS
Each delegate’s registration is identifiable by ONE (1) unique email address only. However, additional email address(es) may be provided at time of registration for purpose of notification and confirmation. Upon successful completion of registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address(es).
You confirm the information provided on the registration form is correct. Your name and company name will be shown on the delegate badge as confirmed by each delegate.
By completing the registration form, you consent to the inclusion of your name and company name in the published delegates list to be shared with partners and sponsors of the event. You also consent to your name and company name being visible to other delegates for online networking and connection on the registration portal.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and a delegate cannot attend, the organiser will accept a replacement delegate. However, delegate passes cannot be shared or split among delegates under any circumstance.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration.
Each full delegate pass provides the delegate full access to all event activities, including the conference, exhibition, and networking/ social activities such as the refreshment breaks, lunches, opening cocktail and gala dinner.
Insurance, travel and accommodation shall be the responsibility of the attending delegate. The organiser shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his/her accompanying persons, staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to ACI Asia-Pacific and Middle East (events@aci-asiapac.aero).
Refunds will be considered based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice as follows:
- If cancellation notice is received on or before 4 September 2024 (Hong Kong time), 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is received between 5 September 2024 and 4 October 2024 (Hong Kong time), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received after 5 October 2024 (Hong Kong time), even in the case of non-attendance, but the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to The Moodie Davitt Report prior to the Event.
Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in USD.
The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDINGS
Except as otherwise instructed at the Event (for example, where sessions are stated to take place under the Chatham House Rule), you are permitted to make reasonable video or audio recordings and to take photographs at the Event, in each case for your own personal use. You must not make video or audio recordings of the whole (or substantially the whole) of at the Event or of any session within the Event, or use any recordings or photographs for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by The Moodie Davitt Report.
You acknowledge that the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means or photographed, including photographs of individual Attendees or groups of Attendees. You agree to permit The Moodie Davitt Report or any third party licensed by The Moodie Davitt Report, to use and distribute such footage and photographs, which may feature images of you, in all or any media (including social media) whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings and photographs. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to be included in any individual or group photographs.
