Vincent Boinay: “I strongly believe in our necessity to put the consumer at the heart of retail expression”

INTERNATIONAL. L’Oréal Travel Retail has been named as a Platinum Partner for The Trinity Forum, which takes place in Shanghai on 31 October and 1 November.

The event, the world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference, will be hosted by Shanghai Airport Authority. Further details on the venue, registration and preliminary programme will be announced soon.

As reported, this year’s conference features a new format, spread over two days rather than the traditional three. It will begin with a half day conference session leading into the Opening Cocktail, followed by a full-day conference and the closing Gala Dinner.

The Trinity Forum is co-organised by The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific.

L’Oréal Travel Retail Managing Director Vincent Boinay said: “For five years, L’Oréal Travel Retail has been supporting The Trinity Forum and collaborating with all the stakeholders: retailers, brands, airports and airlines to build all together the future of the channel.

“I strongly believe in our necessity to put the consumer at the heart of retail expression and transform our business to make it even more digital, agile and sustainable.”

The Trinity Forum, first held in 2003, seeks to improve dialogue and mutual understanding between airports, concessionaires and brands to the benefit of that critical fourth party – the travelling consumer.
