QATAR. The Trinity Forum 2026 is set to be another blockbuster edition, bringing together leading voices across the industry on 5-6 February 2026 in Doha.
The world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference will be hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free.
The Trinity Forum is owned by The Moodie Davitt Report and co-organised in a highly successful long term partnership with Airports Council International (ACI) Asia Pacific & Middle East and ACI World. This year, the additional inclusion of ACI Europe as a co-organiser marks a significant enhancement to the event’s scope and influence.
The prestigious annual event is dedicated to maximising the potential of airport commercial services, enhancing traveller experiences and creating sustainable added value for the aviation and travel retail industries.
Taking place at The St. Regis Doha, the conference will feature a robust programme addressing critical topics, such as evolving passenger behaviours, digital transformation in retail and sustainable revenue strategies. Preliminary findings from ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East’s Travel Retail Study will also be showcased, offering actionable insights for the industry.
The speaking line-up will feature highly respected industry figures, including Philip Morris International Vice President of Global Travel Retail Beste Ermaner.
Ermaner is notable for leading the company’s transformation in duty-free and travel retail toward a smoke-free future.

With over 25 years at Philip Morris International, she has held senior roles across strategic leadership, marketing and category transformation, championing innovation, female leadership and immersive consumer engagement across over 160 markets.
Joining her is another well-regarded industry executive, Eva Yu, recently named as L’Oréal Travel Retail President to replace Emmanuel Goulin, effective 1 January 2026 (full story here).
Yu is best recognised for expanding L’Oréal’s duty-free presence across 27 Asia Pacific markets as the first Asian and female Managing Director of Travel Retail in 2011 {main story continues following the communication below}.
Since joining the beauty group in 2000 as Biotherm Brand Manager in Hong Kong, she has held key leadership roles. Most recently, as President and Managing Director of L’Oréal Hong Kong, she delivered market share growth and earned recognition for retail innovation, talent development, corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Lagardère Travel Retail Executive Vice President Strategy & AI Qihua Wang will also lend her expertise to the panel.

Since taking on the role in 2018, Hernan has steered ARI’s global travel retail expansion, driving acquisitions, redevelopments and record commercial performance, bolstering its reputation as a trusted operator.
A people-focused leader, he champions the mantra of treating customers as he would like to be treated. Formerly, he held senior roles at Ryanair, Arnotts, Brown Thomas and Selfridges, and as a qualified chartered accountant, he combines commercial acumen with dynamic leadership. ✈
