Heidi Köpple

Heidi Köpple is the Head of Commercial Centers at Zurich Airport, overseeing the strategic direction and commercial growth of diverse operations, including retail, services, advertising and dining across both airside and landside areas.
Since joining Zurich Airport in 2010 as Key Account Manager, Heidi has steadily advanced to her current leadership role, which she assumed in 2016. Under her guidance, Zurich Airport has witnessed record-breaking commercial revenues and has reinforced its reputation as a leading lifestyle and travel retail hub in Europe.

Heidi is recognised for championing innovative retail concepts, forging premium brand collaborations and implementing data-driven commercial planning, all aimed at enhancing the passenger experience and shaping the airport’s retail strategy for the future.

Her career prior to Zurich Airport includes a formative period at Hugo Boss, where she worked as Key Account Manager for Travel Retail from 2007 to 2010. This experience equipped her with valuable insights into the fashion sector and global duty-free distribution, laying a strong foundation for her subsequent impact in the airport retail industry.
