Jennifer Juul
Jennifer Juul is Vice President, Business Development at SSP America, where she leads growth initiatives across a significant airport portfolio in Canada and the USA. A relationship-driven business developer and strategic negotiator, she is known for helping airports and concessionaires build commercially strong partnerships that respond to changing passenger expectations, bringing together commercial strategy, concept development and cross-functional leadership to deliver winning outcomes.
Her career spans hospitality, experiential design and airport commercial development. She entered aviation through brand-led partnership work and later supported global brands and operators across the travel environment. From 2011-2020, she owned her own business and led marketing, business development and experiential initiatives for major clients, including HMSHost, while also contributing to global luxury brands and concessions programmes for Sodexo, including work supporting both US-based Disney parks.
Jennifer is frequently asked to speak on airport commercial partnerships, the North American concessions model, and how digitalisation and evolving passenger expectations are reshaping airport commerce and non-aeronautical growth. Her expertise includes B2B win-win negotiations, ‘asymmetrical thinking’ (approaching challenges from alternative points of view with a solutions-oriented mindset), creative deal-making, and relationship development and management.
She serves on the ACI-NA Commercial Management and ACI World ANARA committees, chairs the AMAC Communications Committee, and is vice chair of SSP Group’s Global Women’s Leadership Group, Women of Influence. Jennifer holds an MBA from Babson College, is a PMP, and holds the ACI-NA USAP credential.
