
Slava Cheglatonyev
Slava Cheglatonyev has a robust aviation background with over 15 years of executive experience. At Airport Council International (ACI) World, his primary responsibilities include economic policy, advocacy and committee management. He serves as Secretary of the ACI World Economics Standing Committee (WESC) and the Airport Non-Aeronautical Revenues and Activities Subcommittee of WESC. He also represents ACI at the ICAO Airport Economics Panel, the Air Transport Regulation Panel, and the Economic Commission during the ICAO Assembly.
Previously, Slava held roles as Senior Advisor on Economics at ACI EUROPE and Chief Commercial Officer at both hub and regional airports. His expertise spans economic policy, airport strategic planning and marketing, aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue management, and route development.
He holds a PhD in Economics, MSc degree in Aviation Management, MSc degree in Air Transport Management, and the International Airport Professional designation, among other qualifications.
