QATAR. An expanding line-up of distinguished speakers has been confirmed for The Trinity Forum 2026, taking place 5-6 February in Doha.

The world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference will be hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free.

What promises to be an engaging session titled ‘Megatrends Shaping the Future of Airport Non-Aeronautical Business’ will feature ACI World Senior Director Economic Policy and Airport Business Slava Cheglatonyev.

With over 15 years’ experience, Cheglatonyev focuses on economic policy, advocacy and committee management, and serves as ACI World Secretary of the Economics Standing Committee and its Non-Aeronautical Revenues and Activities Subcommittee.

He also represents ACI at International Civil Aviation Organization panels on airport economics, air transport regulation, and economic matters.

His aviation career also includes roles as Senior Advisor on Economics at ACI Europe and Chief Commercial Officer at hub and regional airports, with expertise in economic policy, strategic planning, marketing, revenue management and route development.

The session will be led by Paccaya Resources Founder and CEO Andrew Ford, a seasoned leader in global travel retail and airport commerce.

With a career spanning over two decades, he previously held senior roles at DFS Group and Tax Free World Association and began his career in duty free with Allied Domecq.

Ford also currently serves as CEO of Fine Vintage, and is actively engaged in industry leadership, holding key positions with ACI Asia Pacific, Pacific Asia Travel Association and Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association, contributing to strategy, governance and non-aeronautical revenue development.

Joining them is Munich Airport Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Security Officer Dr Jan-Henrik Andersson.

His core expertise spans operations, sales and marketing, commercial strategy, digital transformation, change management, and the sustainable creation and growth of new businesses and brands.

He previously held senior roles at leading global companies, including Bertelsmann, DHL, Metro, SSP Group and HAVI.

SSP America Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Communications Jennifer Juul will lend her expertise to the panel.

A highly regarded industry professional, Juul is instrumental in the travel restaurateur’s development team, driving its expansion of airport food & beverage venues across the USA and Canada.

Before joining SSP, Juul served as Director of Business Development at Delaware North and spent nearly ten years as a corporate events consultant with Leap Innovations.

Earlier in her career, Juul rose through the ranks during eight years with the Boston Beer Company to the position of Senior National Account Manager.

The session will also feature Vantage Group VP of Commercial & Midway Partnership CEO Sammy Patel.

Leading Vantage Group, Patel shapes global commercial strategy through innovative partnerships, revenue growth and public-private collaborations.

He specialises in transforming airport and rail environments to improve passenger experience and deliver sustainable value, with projects including New York JFK Terminal 6 and LaGuardia Terminal B, Philadelphia 30th Street Station, and Sangster Airport in Montego Bay in Jamaica.

Completing the panel is Svetlana Simeonova, Fraport Bulgaria Director of Commercial Activities & Customer Experience for Varna and Burgas airports.

Simeonova brings more than 25 years’ airport commercial and customer experience expertise to the panel.

Well-recognised for her strategic, goal-oriented approach, she combines commercial and legal expertise to drive sustainable performance.

She’s also active in the global industry, serving as Vice Chair of ACI World’s ANARA Sub-Committee and leading its Concession Agreements Working Group, shaping global best practices.
