Aude Ferrand

Aude Ferrand is the Chief Executive Officer of TAV Operation Services and Chief Commercial Officer at Groupe ADP-owned TAV Airports Holding.

She joined the airport operator as Head of Merchandise – Retail and Food & Beverage in 2017, and since 2018 has held the role of Chief Retail Officer.

Aude worked at Printemps between 2013 and 2017, first as Luxury Deputy Merchandising Manager and later as General Manager for the Printemps Joaillier BU.

She spent 2000 to 2012 at Amore Pacific – Parfums Lolita Lempicka in various roles, including Export Coordinator, International Operational Marketing Manager, France Operational Marketing Manager, and Global Marketing and Digital Manager – Member of the Executive Committee.

Aude began her career in 1998 at Club 21 as Armani Jeans Brand Manager in the UK.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in international business at European Business School in 1998 and earned an International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from HEC in 2021.
