Vikas Gupta

Vikas Gupta is a technology entrepreneur specialising in business intelligence, data warehouses, digital systems, artificial intelligence and analytics.

He is the Founder and CEO of GrayMatter Software, an analytics and digital software products and services provider for the travel, transportation, retail and manufacturing industries. With a career spanning over 25 years in the software industry, Vikas has dedicated his expertise to enhancing the customer experience at airports through digital technologies and analytics.

At GrayMatter, Vikas’ passion for innovation has led to the development of products such as Skateboard, StoreSense, and SmartLot, which are designed to maximise passenger experience and engagement while simultaneously delivering operational savings and revenue growth for airports.

Before GrayMatter, Vikas was the Co-Founder and CTO of Manthan Systems, a business intelligence and retail analytics company. He has also held advisory positions at Airports Council International and is a member of the Advisory Board at @SM Capitals.
